Does anybody have their vip working when using ldplayer 9?? If so, what version do you use because I have ldplayer 9 and the vip games keeps on crashing and won't load at all.

I'm facing the same issue. I have tried changing emails, using different browsers, and clearing my cache, but I am still getting the 'Oops! We ran into some problems' error.
Additionally, when I click the link sent to my email, it says: 'User does not exist or information does not match.'
