What do i do now? first i got user is already logged in and now i got terms of service violation. I'm sure many people may have gotten it earlier.. How to fix it?

I'm getting this error while I'm trying to login. It says I've already logged in, I've tried clearing cache multiple times but still the same problem. I don't wanna lose my data :(

Yes please fix this it is happening to me also and we will eventually get banned if that's the case this hasn't happened earlier.

in online pvp it keeps giving me a battle match has not ended properly error every time i play pvp, this has been a prolific problem since the last update. please fix it
