I still remember I just use this software to login and logout. No fighting, just browsing my champions and logout. Then I strangely got 30days ban.....

It seems if we don't use this in AOL or AW. It won't be banned. I have been banned for seven days within 48hours. But now it has been one week. I am still playing without getting banned. Or there is another possibility that kabam will check at the end of month. Does anyone have more experience?

In that case, If we use this mod in this `safe' interval, we won't (less possibility) get banned, and we are safe, right?

my account is banned for two weeks. I write email to kabam. Kabam accuses I am cheating and refuse to withdraw. So writing email for unlock doesn't help at all.

I summarize some findings from other users. First ban is 7days. Second is one month. Third time is forever. You can write mail to kabam to say it's a glitch, they may consider to alleviate the punishment. Finally, here are some suggestions provided by a user are as follows.

I suppose we should be careful and avoid using this mod aggressively. It's a great mod indeed. But it only needs two days that my kabam account was suspended for 168 hours due to use third party software.
