Just create a new account on the sea server. It is impossible to transfer from Europe to the SEA in any way. These are different servers. But you can download the global mod instead of the Sea- elliareyn

Maybe your account is on another server (Europe/America is global), I had something similar. This is a SEA server, it's not the same as global.- elliareyn
