    the problem is i already reset the license manually. I do not know what is wrong but i started the game as in trying to make the game create a obb folder. it just refuses to be created.

    I downloaded the game on my second phone. it worked before but the the obb folder does not get created so i have nowhere to put the license file. @Legend

    i do not understand. When i install it i only get a bar saying pause download. it keeps disappearing but the game never starts.
