TW and CN version of AK are still in the 1.x versions. That means the multiplier mods are still not patched. Global, however, is now at 3.x. Guess who tightened their code because they saw how many players got frisky with the multipliers?
IMO, Global always tends to get stricter first...
Yes, lots of ops that could be great with this tweak.
Just the enemy turrets suck as far as from what I hear on others. I think itis possible for EN mobs to spam theirs too. Some just don't have that behavior.
