tried again with clear cache on phone and in game clear cache... still not working x.x

is it clear cache inside the game or in your phone? i tried clear cache inside game but its still not working im gonna try again...

thank you~~ a lil bit more detail is the mods are showing on pop up but when i use em it had no effect, the way i installed it is i downloaded the apk ,installed it.. dl'd the obb, put it in the obb folder the played the game..

tried to use all the mods in game but they are not working... im using my phone... asus zenfone.. any help or are the mods just are not working at the moment?
