    Guys, for pvp just use Insta win, for Co-op, set your DMG/DEF multipliers to something between 5 and 11 and actually play the match like you would normaly would, and you're set! works 100% of the time.

    what settings you're using while doing co-op? this same error was happening to me when I had the damage multiplier set to a higher number than 11 and/or insta win activated. try setting your damage multiplier to somewhere between 5 and 11 and try again.
