just collect required items you need to take 5 resets to finalize all of them

what if the hq is not unlockable yet we need to wait for 10 days (from release)? because no one modded players unlocked it yet? I've experienced the same thing on the train something under the lab you can't finalize that because its not yet available, it looks like its the same here in the hq.

I've started a new acc rushing through the storyline just to finish the hq but still can't finalize lmao i turned off everything when it comes to building hq but still no luck
