Yes, especially if you rely too much on it. dont use more than 5x for damage and defense since 2x - 3x is more than enough and never use a instant win especially for stages you never cleared before. Just dont make it obvious that your using it.

Tips to avoid getting banned:
- Avoid using cheeto in annihilation, Integrated Strategies, Reclamation Algorithm, and Stationary Security Service.
- Avoid using 5x or more defense or attack when doing events specially CCs.
- Avoid using other features on events (except for story)

I've been using this cheeto for 4 years now and never got banned nor flagged.

edit: You can use it in CC's BUT do it 2-3x defense only. After clearing CC, transfer your account to the main game(original not modded). When you're done, wait at least 2 days before going back to the mod again.
