So after the latest update came out, I had the infinite loading screen bug. I put in a request with support, but have heard absolutely nothing. Looking online, it seems that IOS users especially are **** outta luck when this happens, barring reinstalling the game. I did that, and now it just has me making a new account. I don’t use game center, and that seems to have been the only option. Did I just lose my account, and the $100 dollars I’ve spent on it?
