For your save file, u can open your file manager,

Find ANDROID > DATA > ZOMBIE(I don't remember exactly the names folder)

Copy or just rename it to other.

Uninstall your last game (for example 1.18.17) and install the new ones (for example 1.18.18)

Find that folder that have you been rename, and change the original name

Check on first page on downloading this mod,
