Hello! I'm currently facing an issue where you cannot complete the (Act. 2.) headquarters.
From what I've seen in the discord (LDOE) and such, try completing the zone again of which the item came from (screws, antanas, etc)
I will be trying the above method when the 2 zones clear.
If anyone else has any fixes, please let me know.
