I got in after 27 tries (i'm not going to do this everytime) , it's only JP version that has the problem. NA works perfectly.

I have the same problem, it happened recently and always after the pop-up add during start up. Fou won't budge and the game freezes. Ussually i can get to run in the second try but today it would keep freezing up after the add screen no matter how many times i tried (clearing cache does nothing).
