It's not cards because I can see level 12 accounts without equips and cards but have 700k+ BP. and when you view them, they don't even have equips or cards

Actually other mods already have those features (100% card quality and 100% card upgrade) Server sided or not, you can still sell those cards at high price because they will see also see 100% quality.
