I found that by using the X-plore app from the Google play store it always you access to the OBB folder. I am running on Android 11 on the Sony Xperia 5ii and I found that you have to copy the blackmod.license to the OBB folder for every game you download. By placing it in the OBB folder for that specific game I managed to get them to work. Also you have to make sure to allow all app permissions and the display over other apps if they have menu mods. It took me a while to figure it out. It might not work for all games but it has worked for the ones I have tried. "I'm no modding expert or developer I'm just a user who has used blackmods in the past and like the mods they have for everyone and when I got android 11 it did bring me down but I didn't give up on trying to figure out how to get it to work. Also my phone is not rooted so rooted devices might have to do a different process I'm not entirely sure." I hope this works for many of you as it has for me.
