what it means all card give dragon ball?

DB legend have Rising Rush system where it collect dragon ball from your card it random so the mod make it so that all card have dragon ball so that you can do RR it a fast way

i downloaded game,copied my license in all folders,game work but when i try to connect my google account said transfer cancelled,why?i have asus rog phone 3 with android 10,i dont want root
