I have this same problem when I open the game and go into a fight without opening mod menu at least once.
Every time you start the game open and close mod menu, even if you don't change anything, or it causes the game to crash.

Mod works pretty good. However I don't know how to use it for pvp. When I play disabling everything it crash. Tried with install win but it doesn't let me play it just gives me the win and I don't know if it's good to hidde from being banned. So my question is how to play pvp normally without install win???

go into the game settings and turn on the permission to allow the game to draw over other apps

I did all you said and still won't work. Opens lets me pick what language I want to use and then crashes

make sure in the settings the game is allowed 1. storage to media 2. it can draw over apps

I'm currently playing the modded apk on my Galaxy S20+ (Android 11) and it's working greatly did you enable permission for the app to display above others / storage permission?
