Hey i have problem everytime opened game its getting froze or close . It never happend before. I unistall game many times and the same problem.

Tips: Should use 1.1.1.1 VPN (WARP) when playing games to avoid connection errors, crashes, not showing the menu...etc.

TRY UNINSTALL OLD GAME VERSION ON YOUR DEVICES.

download zarchiver go to android/data find Dragonball legends and long press then rename put 0 as the final letter save and then delete dragon ball legends then after you installed the new version go back to data and take off the 0 and the game should still register the file I hope this helps

In my experience, I got 2 accounts for my trial. I did some experiment about the ban thing. I played for two season without getting ban but only i didn't achieve at 50 rank. So the third season i decided to test if i can go up more to TOP 1000 without any ban because i really need the 2K cc cuz im broke. So after the third season, well, some warning screen pop up from the Dragon Ball Legends Community. I was surprised because on my 2nd account, i use the same atk and def option as you guys do, 2/2 and ranked up to 45. Gladly, my 2nd acc didn't came up with any warning sign there after the third season but 1st acc does. So i think, for my opinion, You can use hacks in PvP but don't ever rank up to 50 in TOP 1000 which there are cool rewards. Because it's kinda against the system to get the fame for the cc rewards tho. Just keep playing under 50 to be safely or never get on rank 50 if you really are afraid of getting ban.

You can link you account to fb (if you have fb download to you phone you need to delete it first) and when the game update you can just download without deleting the game
