Alright, so in normal gameplay/PVE you can use any mod feature without getting banned, but PVP is different. In PVP if you try using the mods it causes a draw as of the latest update, but what I've tried was using unlimited rising rush, which works but it's tricky, sometimes using a rush too early will cause draw, so use it wisely. Also don't use instant win in PVP, if done enough you will get reset in terms of your PVP rank. That's all the info I have for now.
