Do i have to became vip first to enjoy this game cause my phone is oppo a95 android 11 its so often crash and stuck in the middle of the game ? Or this just common bug from the game it self

no, you don't need to upgrade to VIPmemeber. Ultra characters have a short demo before match so you need to put them in the 2nd or 3rd position before starting match. And turn off the "play demo" in the story if you activate the install win function because it will make you stuck after 4 or 5 chapters. English is not my native language so sorry if I can't explain it right for you!
