Android 13 has a lot of bugs, I recommend you to downgrade to lower versions if you want to play stable mod versions

but 2xmultiple duffense is not enough for my skills easily lose the match can I use 3x ..?

Yo William idk if you know this but sooner or later in the match you'll get disconnected to a bot even if you kill the mod with x2 def and the best way to know is the connecting at the bottom right corner and the could not load replay and that's a dead giveaway for players to report you and or ban.

Yes those are the normals x1 is the original stats for all units and also don't just cheat in pvp at all there no way to bypass it. That's why I stopped using them months ago after my first warning 0 to rank 70 and went right back to rank 0. My first and only account I can't risk it getting banned.
