the game has showing me black screen fot 2 to 3 days and even the blackmod app is openning very slow i even reinstalled both the game and app and still the same before the game and app worked fine

i have checked on one plys 8, real me narzo and one plus nord . the app isnt working , it shows black screen and shuts instantly . What is VM?
