On the one hand, I would assume that using (especially overusing) this mod could get you banned at any time.
On the other hand, though, I had the 25x on when I picked up the Cruel Angel set, so I have 25 of every Cruel Angel weapon and armor, have for several weeks now. Nothing has happened yet. I don't think they're actively looking for cheats via searching item lists, but I could be wrong.
