Honestly, how to focus on just 1 dungeon which is very hard, for example, Minglace Castle or Toto Dreamland, just choose one of them until a week, because I can get it every week.

They are whales. they spend money on buying tickets to run dungeons many times & use extra guilding light that you get if have a 255 units.
That extra guilding lights can be used on others. that's how they max light/shadow character.

Look at epicnpc, someone there is selling max shadow/ light character to your account. The responses are legit too. I'm planning to try if I can't find a way to do it myself.
