x25 items does not affect the item you bought in Shop or Nopaew. It does affect on Treasure Chest and Glitter. But bare in mind, turn off x25 when you do Main Story or any quest related to key item.

try check your license , try other vip game . if it not solved your issue ,PM @Rito and ask him about reset license .

Just turn it on at the menu. That's how it work. It working on my side. Not sure why it does not work with you. Did you really check in your inventory? You sure it does not pick up 25?
