I mean for the game, if the game only crash on the VIP version for you I found a solution.

i only use this on LDplayer (emulator on PC) and it work fine

If you're using mobile phone i recommend use virtual machine.

Previously my game also crashed after clicking continue, until I played inside vmos pro with Android 7.1

Try vmos pro. At least it works for me but vmos does not.

lol you need to start over dont use item multiplier in story unless you are dedicated and learn where all the keys are

I didn't have the item multiplier on

for clearer meaning , some key items cant be on acc with amount more than 1
so not about u just turn on/off in that scene
this mean u got specific key item in bulk before

unless u can look into game file and able to remove it ........... your only choice is playing new acc

oh I'm ok with playing on a new account and I hope that the crashing stops
