Is there a guide on which chests or instances we should avoid using pick up multiple items?

for me, any chest that we found on the main story, if u wanna be safe dont use it or if u still wanna take what inside the chest leave it for now and come back later until u finish exploring that place for main story progresa, the other its OOPs chest and reward from the big cat that we receive the moment we click on the cat after we enter Phantom Dungeon using white key. thats the only thing i know

i wonder why this game is constantly crashing on my phone. Sony Xperia 1 V. Android 15. granted limited permission for overlay since android 15 does not allow me to grant full permission. does someone has any ideas?
