you can use ldplayer
1- Download OBB files and extract files zip
2- Download mod APK
3- Move folder com.YoStarEN.Arknights to Android/OBB folder in your device

4- Install mod APK
5- Enjoy

I downloaded the OBB on the link here but got some problem on permission, can't find the other permission than Storage Permission, the mod app here should be replaced with no black screen error
