try to uninstall the modded app but first back up the obb file or rename it to whatever just remember the orig obb file name then uninstall the app then try to redownload the modded apk but before launching set first the display-pop up window and storage permission then go to the obb file and rename it to the orig file name.. then start the game just wait out the black screen and log in to your account...it works for me just wait out the black screen...hope you understand what i mean sorry for my bad grammar in English language hehe..

It does that for me, you just need to go to the specific app/games settings & "Force Close" it.
