1-be sure you did extract obb and put it in the right place Android/obb folder
2-if you have sdcard, try to remove sdcard > restart phone > run game

idk if it also happen on phones, but sometimes there are more than 1 obb directory in ur device (which happened in my ld player), only one is correct, the rest is not

try to install something not from playstore, and track its obb directory.
