Do you guys not check the operator requirements on the right side when you're about to do a stage? The ones that say "E2 Lvl 20" etc etc. You need to bring at least 5 operators that fit that requirement but you still should have a full 12 operator squad. (unless it's CC of course that limit your squad size)

Any operator rarity as long as it fits the requirements
also make sure your operators are at least Skill Level 5. That's the minimum for any operator specially if you're going for harder stages
