You can use it in CC it is safe to use it. You must have at least 1 elited 2 operator or 2 of 'em. To avoid suspicion do not use SP COST unless it's main story, challenge mode and anni.

There's a "draw over over the app" in the advance settings. Just click the app and find the Draw over the other app. Or just mainly follow the tutorial screenshot above the comment section.

No, the game stupidly does not want to run anywhere. Even on emulators. Cash threw it where necessary, put the desired apk. The result is a black screen and that's it.
