I Used this setting:

6 ATK
6 DEF
3 SPEED

With that, was more than enough for all the game: Main Story, events, Supplies, Chips, Annihilation....
And the best of this: UNDER THE RADAR

Apparently the No Skill CD also affects the deployed equpiments, which bugs out the archer turret on Lungmen Annihilation, causing them to do massive damage to the operators, please fix
Edit: to make things clear, those turrets are auto-deployed by game and only hurts your operator, so they're hostile
Edit 2: Also they're affected by the archer-class damage multiplier, to make things only worse.
