I have installed both on Bluestacks and smartphone. For those who want to on/off the mod but can't find the mod4u_brv.txt file, you can toggle the storage permission to on/off it. Hope this will help you.

for the normal operation of this mod, you need to give a permission that will allow you to read the data stored on your Device. Setting up your Smartphone: App - > game - > permission -> Put a galachka where your Device is stored.

my android is 4.4.2. after download the game, run it for the first time and i don't see mod4u_brv.txt. Anyone can help me pls

Android 6+ it is necessary to enable the storage write permissions in the app settings first
Go to Setting => App manager => Find game => Click it to enable
WHEN U RUN GAME, IT WILL AUTO CREATE FILES mod4u_brv.txt ON SDCARD (STORAGE)
EDIT ON OFF WITH mod4u_brv.txt FILES in sdcard

Thank you for the mod. I can confirm it is still working as of 03/01/2020.
Just don't be an idiot and try to use it arena. It'll be an easy ban.
Or anything that involves PVP. Use it for PVE only. And only on PVE events that DO NOT have a ranking ladder (live).
Otherwise, you'll be an easy target for Devs to ban you.
