Guys do you know what it means to use a mod smart and not obvious? For the few who managed to use the mod without getting banned i'll just say congrats, you count to the few or more like the minority who actualy THINK before they act without thinking about the consequences.

Playing since day 1 mod release and haven't been banned either. Want to know why and how? i'll explain you simply in a longer text what you should do, what you can do and what you absolutely should not do for your accounts safety if you value it.

1. Don't kill another players clash/raid digimon with ridicouless damage. Keep it moderate and in the believeable range ( depends on your teams level and strength) so other player don't suspect you of cheating or else they will just file a report to bandai with screenshots about your "funny" obvious mistake in beeing greedy with damage for rewards.
-Little side note: If you dealt quite the high damage and your leader is also low level compared to other players who already have almost max or even max level leader they can just check out your Digitown at your damage graph at clash and when they see that your Digitown Digimons are also quite weak then this could also result in another report because someone suspects you of cheating-


2. Avoid or rather don't even use the mod (changed values) in PVP (Battle Park), they can simply reset your BP points back to zero if they caught some irregular high damage in theyr database. Bandai isn't dumb my friends, majority noticed this already here.

3. Avoid massacring story mobs with insane damage, i will just mention it again try to keep it moderate

4. Underworld is a tricky topic, i would suggest you dont touch it with low and also mid lvl digimons with mod (level 20-50). I can't tell you either there if mod is safe there but i can promise you one thing, if you attempt to use mod there with obvious weaker team you better clear your whole friendslist. Why? Because everyone in your friendslist can see you where you already are in the underworld Floor 1-50 and keep in mind recommended level is actualy 90 there. Even if you would have cleared everything there with a empty friendslist, new players in your friendlist will still see it after and when you really cleared it with a weak team. Prepare for that you are getting reported and then the bannhammer

If you want to know why i did not got banned yet either then i will just tell you how i've been using the mod.
2x ATK/DEF is all i ever needet for story
2x ATK/DEF for other players clash/raid digimons. just another little tip - don't try to outdamage other players with weak digimons
2x - 4x ATK/DEF for upgrade Materials (easy farming without insane values)
Not using mod for battle park

usually pvp (these are always monitored in all games), best to keep this at 1x
can the story mode be like 3x-5x or having it at 2x is the safest one to try?
regarding the vortex, 2x-4x is also the safest one?

You *can* do 3x-5x but watch your digimons damage, just try not to go overboard with it. If you want only my opinion on it then i think yes 2x - 4x multiplier is sufficient for story at any time. If you have a mega team also keep in mind that using skills with them with modified damage values boosts theyr damage quite abormaly so be carefuly.

Vortex gates depends on the difficulty. the first one with 5 stamina needs no mod at all even if you are a beginner.
The second with 10 stamina is also quite a free win but if you are not strong yet you can use 2x without a problem.
the third with 20 stamina is with lvl 60s so 4x values is totaly fine with AoE's

Im a normal player and havent try this mod yet, but after reading the comments i will give some advice, use the mod on the vortex only when youre still too weak to clear the hard mode on the vortex until you can beat hard mode vortex without mod, ,because the vortex is the only thing you need to build your team since the story are very easy to beat with normal play and the multiplayer things are more risky.. this game is complex but pretty easy to get stronger. The key is on the vortex.

Just farm the lvl5 wargreymon, it often drop the dgv code too..
