Theres no Frozen enemy after using skill
Mod menu is empty..

Only unlimited skill mod worked. Frozen enemy never occured. Kinda useless mod, because if we against slightly stronger team that have toons with white skill that render them untargetable (penelope, dash, tiger, etc). They keep spaming their skill until we lose. And the mod box is empty. Is there any tester test this yet?
