Go to setttings --> apps and then Pricess Connect, then check if draw over other apps in on. That is what enables the menu.
OR , TRY restart phone > run game

If it is giving you the parser error, install the apk editor app and then edit the game apk file, you need to set the minimum SDK to 14 and the target SDK to 14 as well. then save the apk and allow unknown installation and then you can install without problem. I tried, got the error and installed the app now. Thank me later.

To fix the blackmod menu not showing up, enable the pop-up permission in the eroica app settings. See attached photos.
