Ok, I found out what is the problem. The truth is this mod WON'T WORK ON ANY BATTALIONS MODES (Alliance, Tower of Trial, Arena, etc). Why? Because these battles' result was pre-determined (battlers are auto and skippable). They will calculate who will win based on your stats, enemies' stats before the battle begins. The battle you see is only the animation part for you to watch, you can skip it. Even if you hack and see you win, you actually don't win at all.
So, for the Alliance Mission, it will be stuck at the Victory screen, after re-entering the game, you can see it's doesn't count as win. The same goes with Tower of Trials, maybe you win some first battles, but you will come to the moment that even you win, you won't get to the higher floor (I stuck at floor 6 even after turning on all mods and winning).
Luckily that the mod still works on the event missions cause it's semi-auto, you can still control your team so the outcome can't be pre-determined by the server.
Hope that there is a way to bypass this.
Besides, are mana or spirit data store on the server side or our side? Maybe mana hacking is impossible but I think spirit data is store on our side so maybe we could hack it.
