it's safe to update the app if u didn't uninstall the game ur account won't disappear except if you uninstall the game and u forgot to make an issue transfer number and save it, then it's impossible to get your account back other than contact the game developer if u still remember your account current transfer number.

Don't delete the mod and just install the new .apk

Shouldn't take too long. Sometimes it's a bit late, but I've never seen it done more than a single day.

It's up to Legend. It coud be minutes or even hours. It usually is pretty quick.

one thing. when I' ve spended like 10 min playing, then mod bottom disappears. its that normal? it's just that sometimes I wanna use mod and others not. Only by closing app and restarting it it appears the bottom again (and disappears again 10 min after)
