are you using phone? cause most of the time the culprit is your phone. Some phone have very aggresive Throttle mode that will not allow you to use 60fps in many games even if you're using mod unless you dissable it using root. My Mi10t pro only allow this game work at 60fps if my battery charge atleast 80-100% from the start i play the apk if not it'll just start at 30fps
