Yep, having the same issue here. It won't install. Keeps failing.

Edit: Ah, it installs on 64 bit. Bit of a pain. Means having to transfer.

You need to know how it work , FPS unlock will work on your battle , the fps not drop to 30 like origin verssion . If FPs unlock off it will drop to 30 fps on battle , with mod FPS unlock on it stay on 60 90 and 120 FPS . See Screenshoot bellow !
And recommend for all player , if you want to use All MOD smooth , Remember always active all mod on loading screen after that go to setting on menu mod enable save preferences . Re-start the mod to apply your setting , all mod will work with this method !
