The english version of it has been modded once
I dont think just because the 2 years difference between the EN and JP is the reason why only the JP version is getting modded.

I believe the English version of it is also popular. As you can see a lot of people ask for EN mod.

The EN version has a different protection and is more complex. I do not know why they do not do it here, but in other places there is a mod for the EN version.
