1-Please check you put obb right
-extract obb
-copy folder
-go to storage/android/obb folder(paste inside this folder)
2- if you have sdcard, try to remove > restart phone > run game

i havent done the license thing but ive done the rest now i get to the main menu and it crashed as soon as it gets there

i tried using the original apk and its working but when I use the modded apk it doesnt anymore always force close.

Have you tried any other vip game?
If not please try another game
If there are still errors please contact Rito
He will check your license again

arknights mod work but signed only unsigned one doesn't work. cod garena also works. maybe its on my end. Im just testing the gane because most of the member also complain of it force closing. just tried it if I can help.

as soon as i load up the game and it gets to the main menu it crashes

What is your android version ?
Be sure to check this
1- turn off google play protect
2- Android 6+ it is necessary to enable the storage & phone permissions in the app settings first
Go to Setting => App manager => Find game => Click it to enable
You can try this
Restart phone > run game
Use Vpn 1.1.1.1 warp > run game
clear game cache > run game
