This doesn't make sense why this keeps happening. It downloaded the game and all the resources just fine so I know that my network connection is fine. I tried uninstalling and downloading again and still the same thing. Anybody else have this problem, and if so was there a solution?

On tower mode, if set def != 1, dmg !=1 app stuck. If set dmg =1, def =1 => crash

1- [Android 6.0 or Later] Need enable Permissions. Go to Settings > Manage Applications > Select App > Permissions > Grant Permission

2- Download obb and extract copy folder and put it in storage/android/obb folder
Be sure all other vip games works fine with you
To check if this something to do with your license or no

Yes. I alway do this. But can not play. I must delete cache.

Yeah, even when i switched to normal KOH from different device which is not modded, i still can't acces TOA, and one of the main mission requires TOA to progress, can't progress further. delete the account, create one and play again till got banned again
