You have to die, literally that's the only way you can out there, happened to me once.
Just let yourself die of hunger/thirst.
You killed the boss too quickly, you need to kill all the mini-boss first, otherwise, you will get stuck.

dont use 1 hit kill / soul eater with high atk in dungeon 3. let the boss summoned his 4 minion than you can get outside. if you stuck, turn off god mode let it die. make sure die near the gate so you can take your item back

you can use soul eater with 2000 damage it takes exactly 4 strikes to kill him enough to wake up his minions
