you only need to make your character die to restore the values of hunger/thrist.
deactivate the "VIP unlocked mod" to play the card game normaly.

And for those who is getting internal error, i assume all of you disconnected/log out in a map that doesn't exist in real/unmodded game, and that is end of the line for your character, because it stuck in a place where in the unmodded game didn't exist.

so I sometimes stuck at the quest where you have to eliminate a couple of peasants infected or something.its early quest "save the cart" I don't remember.but the Infected never show up
