no don't open it just ... you download a file named like this Grim_Soul_v4_6_0_MOD_signed - 2023-01-26T002000.495.apk.zip you need only to delete the ".zip" from it by renaming the file and the install file will show up

it's simple look at that (1) in the end of the file name you have to delete it from the name and delete the other file which will end the confusion
