Ok here's the list of what I try

-On phone : Ok but randomly crashes.
-On bluestack : crash on start up
-On nox : sometime crash on start up, but sometime able to play with some lag.
-On mumu : same as bluestack

I have one question abaout this afirmation "Do not use mod in Dirac Sea, Abyss, Co-Op and anything related to ranking.", I need have 2 HI3 in my device or I can play Co-Op and ranking but only thing I can't do is activate the mod?
I would like the opinion that someone has experience and played with the mod in co-op but didn't activate.

After I tried around 2 months and got a lot of secondaries ID banned
Yes you can play the modded game in Dirac Sea, Abyss, Co-Op and anything related to ranking
But I can confirm now you will get BANNED for sure if you use damage or defense multiplier in these mode
somehow it safe if you use only no CD and be smart about using it [Banned if spamming ults, obviously]

1. Memorial arena(safe if not at 0.1 so far had I tried)
2. Myriad group abyss(obviously if you had low gear in the whale or EX luck sack habitat)

But you are safe in these for sure
1. All story and chronicle
2.Open world and COOP that's didn't have closed time for calculating ranking such as weekday and someone not reported you
3.Events such as odd drifter

still didn't sure about some
1. abyss group below red lotus (because they got me in myriad )
2.task or bounty

By 1 hit you mean, the character's damage output just outright kills the enemy?
Too obvious.
The enemy's health is set to 1?
I doubt that would even work in coop. Also Legend might find it tedious to look up those values.

It's safe as long as the user of the mod/hack/cheat isn't too greedy.

No it doesn't, this one doesn't support on emulator.
I have tried the global and japan version 3.3.0, they works and support emulator.
But sea 3.3.0 only works on phone, not working on emulator, instant crash.
