As you can see, check
[Android 6.0 or Later] Need enable Permissions. Go to Settings > Manage Applications > Select App > Permissions > Grant Permission

It happened to me when I login to the Honkai Impact 3 Global because my account is only for Honkai Impact 3 SEA. The difference is Global(NA) or SEA. So you maybe be playing the Global version and not the SEA. Hope that answered your problem.

The last ban list came out on 29 june last time i check and today July 13 there's another ban list came out.
That is to say they do acc check every two weeks which is considered frequent.
Use mods wisely folks.
